1 pk onion 150 g root Vegetable Recipes 40 g lard 10 g dried mushrooms 400 g potatoes 1 pk garlic cloves to taste salt, marjoram, parsley
procedure
1. Fry the chopped onion and chopped Vegetable Recipes in lard and cover with water. Add the dried mushrooms, boil briefly, add the cleaned and chopped potatoes and cook until tender. 2. Finally, season with crushed garlic, marjoram, chopped parsley and salt.
