600 g mushrooms larger 30 g plain flour 100 g breadcrumbs 120 g lard 1 tbsp milk 2 pcs egg to taste salt

Wash and dry the mushrooms. Coat in flour, egg beaten in milk and breadcrumbs. Fry in hot lard on all sides.
