Almost all types of edible mushrooms are suitable for drying. Clean the mushrooms with a knife, cut them into 3 mm thick slices, place them on hazelnut baking sheets and dry them in the sun in the shade or in the oven. Stir the mushrooms as they dry. They can also be strung on a thread and dried in this way.
