Beetroot soup with meat

150 g beetroot 120 g sauerkraut 50 g carrots 30 g parsley 1 pk onion 100 g smoked sausage 200 g beef 1 pk bay leaf 2 dl sour cream to taste salt, ground pepper
procedure
1. Peel the beetroot and chop. Chop the cabbage, peel the carrots, parsley and onion. Cut the sausage into rounds. Cook the meat whole in salted, cold water with peppercorns and bay leaves. 2. After half an hour add the beetroot, cabbage, carrots, parsley, onion and sausage. Take out the soft meat, cut it up and put it back into the soup. Soften the soup with sour cream.
