Pumpkin soup with apple juice

1 pk pumpkin 100 ml apple juice 100 ml vegetable broth 1,5 dl sour cream 1 pk apple 1 pk onion 1 KL nutmeg to taste ground black pepper, salt, butter, lemon juice
step
1. Cut the pumpkin and apple into cubes. Melt 2 tbsp butter in a saucepan and fry the chopped onion with the nutmeg. 2. Add the pumpkin and apple, stir and pour first the juice, then the broth. Add salt and cook until soft. 3. Blend the pumpkin, season with pepper and lemon juice. Serve the soup garnished with a spoonful of cream.
