Either for autumn, winter or for the holidays for the tree. And also for the times when we have a lot of apples.
1.
Corpus: cut the cleaned apples into thin slices and place them on a baking sheet (on baking paper). Beat the egg whites with the icing sugar, progressively add the egg yolks, water, flour and baking powder. Divide the dough and add the cocoa powder to half of the dough. Pour both over the apples to make a two-coloured crust. Bake at 160°C for about 20min (do the toothpick test)
2.
Cream: heat the milk with the golden cob, cook until the cream thickens. Beat butter with icing sugar and progressively add cooled cream
3.
Remove the baked dough from the baking sheet and turn “upside down” and brush with cream.
4.
Heat the chocolate with the cream. Then spread a layer of chocolate on top of the cream. Refrigerate for a few hours and then serve 🙂
