1 pk apple 2 pk egg 1 pinch salt 4 tbsp granulated sugar 60 g plain flour 100 ml milk 1 tbsp butter 1 pinch ground cinnamon 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

1. Peel the apple, cut it open, remove the core and cut into slices. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff and stir in the sugar. 2. In a bowl, mix the flour, egg yolks, cinnamon and half the milk. Whisk in the remaining milk while whisking and finally carefully fold in the stiff cream. 3. Preheat the oven to 190°C and melt the butter in a pan that can go in the oven. Carefully pour the batter into it and spread the apples over it. Bake for about 25 minutes and serve drizzled with honey or maple syrup.
