Hokkaido-apple soup with croutons

1 kg Hokkaido pumpkin 2 pcs onion 6 cloves garlic 400 g apple 2 KL curry spices 1 pinch ground nutmeg 1 KL cinnamon 1 KL basil salt
step
1. Wash the Hokkaido pumpkin, scoop out the core and cut into cubes together with the apple. 2. Fry the onion in oil and add to the apple and hokkaido. 3. Add 2KL curry spices, fry briefly and pour boiling water (2l). 4. Let it boil and then add 1KL basil, 1KL cinnamon and a pinch of nutmeg. Cook until the pumpkin and apple are soft. 5. Blend everything with an immersion blender until smooth. 6. Make the croutons by cutting the old bread into cubes and frying in a pan with hot oil. Bon appetit!
