300 g spelt plain flour 100 g ground walnuts 100 g cane sugar 200 g butter 1 pk hen’s egg 1/2 tsp cinnamon pinch of salt Homemade jam chocolate and nuts for decoration

Mix softened butter with sugar, add egg, nuts mixed with flour, cinnamon and salt. Make a smooth dough and refrigerate for an hour

Roll out the dough and cut out circles with a pastry cutter. Place on a baking tray and bake at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes.

Join the cooled rounds with jam, brush with chocolate and top with half a nut.
