25 dkg butter (hera) 25 dkg semi-coarse flour 25 dkg fine curd 5 g salt 1/2 packet baking powder 1 packet sunflower seed 1 pk egg

It is suitable for any occasion.It’s from my mom who is no longer with us and when I make them I can always remember her simply by remembering my mom even when baking

Mix cottage cheese with Hera well add flour with baking powder,salt mix everything well to a smooth mass wrap in cling film and keep in refrigerator for 2-3hrs but best from evening to morning

Roll out the dough,fold it,leave it on the mat for half an hour then roll it out to 1cm thickness and cut out different shapes.Brush with egg and sprinkle with seeds
