230 g ground nuts 100 g icing sugar 10 g melted Hera 150 ml milk 1 pk vanilla sugar pk grated lemon peel
Cottage cheese filling
500 g full-fat cottage cheese (lumpy) 200 g caster sugar 2 pcs egg yolk 50 g melted Hera pcs raisins
Plum filling
400 g homemade plum jam
step
1.
Flour, yeast, add egg yolks, salt, milk, finally melted butter and process the dough and let it rise for half an hour. In the meantime, prepare the fillings.

Make poppy seed filling. Whisk the egg whites we have left and add half of them to the filling.

Nut filling.
Cheese filling: Mix curd, Hera, sugar, raisins, egg yolk.
