Paddle butter dumpling

500 g spelt plain flour 1 pk egg 50 g butter 100 ml water 1/2 tbsp salt 100 ml rice milk 1/2 cube fresh yeast 1 KL sugar
procedure
1. Grind the yeast, sprinkle with sugar and pour in the warm rice milk. 2. Put the sifted flour, the finely softened butter cut into cubes and the egg in a bowl. Season lightly with salt and mix. Pour in the swollen yeast and work the dough. Let it rest in a warm place for at least an hour. 3. Then knead the dough and work into 2 loaves. 4. Place in a saucepan of water (about 2 cm high). Bring to the boiling point. Place a steamer, which we have lightly brushed with oil (so that the dumpling does not burn), place the loaf and steam covered for 20 minutes (be careful not to lift the lid before 20 minutes… 5. Leave to cool properly and serve. 6. Enjoy!
