300 g liver blood sausage 1 pk smaller onion 6 cloves garlic 1 pk carrot 1 pk potato 5 tbsp dry grits large 1 tbsp marjoram 1 tbsp lard

Cut the cleaned onion and carrots into small cubes and 2 garlic cloves into small pieces. Remove the blood sausage from the gizzard and cut into cubes. Heat the fat in a saucepan and fry the onion and garlic in it. Add the potatoes and carrots and stir in the cubes of blood sausage. 2. Stir and pour in the broth from the boiling of the grits….the liquid should be 600 ml. If necessary, supplement the broth with normal water. Put to boil until the potatoes are cooked.
