procedure
1. Peel the potatoes, grate and discard the water. Add salt, pepper, egg and cornstarch. Heat a frying pan with a little oil and add 1/4 of the mixture, which you spread. Reduce the heat and bake for about 8 minutes on the first side and the second side until golden. 2. Serve with, for example, sour cream and smoked salmon. Can also be served with meat.
