4 pk egg 500 ml milk 1 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp salt 50 g melted butter 250 g plain flour
Softener:
5 tbsp water 2 tbsp granulated sugar 30 g butter 200 ml fresh orange juice 1 tbsp orange zest

1. Mix all the ingredients for the pancake batter and let it sit in the fridge for at least an hour. Then bake the batter into thin pancakes. 2. Heat water in a pan, when it starts to boil add sugar and let it boil a little until bubbles start to form. Then add the butter and let the mixture caramelize. Pour in the orange juice, add the orange zest and stir the sauce well. 3. Fold the pancakes into triangles, pour the sauce over them and serve.
