Garlic soup with mashed potatoes

250 g potato 1.5 litres water 4 tbsp milk 5 pcs garlic 1 pcs egg yolk to taste salt, a knob of butter, spring onion
procedure
1. Boil the potatoes until soft in salted water, mash them and mix them with the milk into a mash. 2. Add the garlic rubbed with salt to the water in which the potatoes were boiled, bring to the boil. Progressively add the mash to the soup so that it boils. Stir in the butter and finally stir in the egg yolk. Garnish with chopped spring onions.
