20 g dried mushrooms 1 liter water 4 pcs potato 50 g plain flour 1 dl cream 50 g lard to taste salt

Cut the mushrooms and boil them in salted water together with the chopped potatoes. Make a roux of flour and lard, pour into the soup and simmer. Salt everything and finally add the cream.
