Aromatic pastry:

From the above ingredients, make a dough and refrigerate, wrapped in plastic wrap, for 2 hours.

Roll out the dough to 1/2 cm and cut out different shapes with a mould.
3.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, brush with egg yolk, decorate with almond and bake.
