220 g rice 600 ml vegetable broth 250 g green beans 1 clove garlic 1 pk onion 1 tbsp oil 1 pk lemon 1 dl dry white wine 50 g parmesan 50 g butter
procedure
1. Fry the onion in the oil. 2. Add the garlic and beans. Sauté for 5 minutes. 3. Pour in the wine and then the rinsed rice. Let it evaporate. 4. Progressively add the broth by ladlefuls… each time the broth evaporates, add another ladleful. 5. After the broth, add the juice of one lemon. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste and add the butter and let it melt. 7. Finally, stir in the grated Parmesan cheese. 8. Serve warm. Enjoy!
