Roasted potatoes with broccoli

ingredients

1 pk onion 3 pk potato 1 pk red sweet pepper 1 pk broccoli 2 tbsp tomato puree 2 pk carrot 1 tbsp potato starch pk salt pk ground black pepper pk ground red sweet pepper pk oil

procedure

1. Fry the onion in oil and add 1 tbsp ground sweet red chilli powder. 2. Add chopped potatoes, carrots and sweet red chillies. Sauté for about 10 minutes. 3. Then add the broccoli torn into florets and cover with about 1 dl of water. Let simmer until semi-soft. 4. Add 2 tbsp tomato puree and season with salt and pepper to taste. 5. Finally, sprinkle with solamyl (potato starch)… the Vegetable Recipes will thicken beautifully. Enjoy!
