Potato soup with egg and sausage

500 g potatoes 2 pcs sausage 1 pcs onion 2 pcs carrot 2 tbsp plain flour 2 tbsp oil 4 pcs hard-boiled egg to taste salt to taste ground black pepper 1 pcs bay leaf
step
1. In a saucepan, fry the finely chopped onion in hot oil. Sprinkle with flour and fry briefly. Pour in the water, bring the soup to the boil and add the diced potatoes, carrots and bay leaves. 2. Cook over a medium heat until the potatoes and carrots are cooked through. Then add the sliced sausage. Season the soup with salt and pepper, remove the bay leaf and put the halved boiled egg (or the lost egg) into the bowls when serving.
