Unbaked termix cake – a nostalgic delicacy

200 g butter biscuits 100 g melted butter

300 ml milk 1 packet Golden cob 4 tbsp granulated sugar 100 g cooking chocolate 250 g soft cottage cheese

100 g dark chocolate 50 ml whipping cream 1 pinch salt

Chocolate delicacy with homemade termix filling.

Corpus: Crush the biscuits to powder and mix with melted butter.

Pile and press the biscuit mixture into the bottom of a cake tin that has been lined with baking paper. Place the tin in the fridge.

Filling: make a thick pudding with the golden cob milk and sugar, cover with cling film and leave to cool completely.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath, and when it cools a little, stir in the cottage cheese and then the cooled pudding.

Layer the hot thermox on the biscuit crust and refrigerate for an hour.

Frosting: Chop the chocolate into pieces, pour the warmed cream over it, add a pinch of salt and mix the frosting and pour it over the cooled cake. Spread over the cake.
7.
Store the cake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
