Rice cakes are very popular with us. If you like coffee and vanilla, you’ll love them:))
1.
Cesto: Beat the egg yolks with sugar, add alternately oil and water, sifted flour with baking powder and stir in the egg whites. Bake on a baking tray lined with baking paper. The baking tray measures 30×40 cm. Temperature 180°C for 20 minutes. The figures are approximate. Let cool and remove the paper.
2.
Coffee: make a coffee from 500 ml boiling water and 3 tablespoons of instant coffee and leave to cool. Then season with um.
3.
Filling: make a thick pudding with milk, sugar, vanilla sugar and three packets of Golden Cob. Cover with cling film and leave to cool. Once cooled, using a mixer on low, add the sour cream and mix together thoroughly
4.
Place as follows: spread half of the filling on the dough, place the biscuits next to each other thickly and dip them in the cooled coffee. Spread with the remaining filling and top with melted chocolate icing. Refrigerate. Once set, cut into slices with a hot knife.
