300 g sour cherries 2,5 dl sweet cream 30 g plain flour 30 g sugar to taste cinnamon, salt, water
procedure
Pit the cherries, put them in boiling sweetened water and cook. Mix the flour and cream, add to the cherries and cook together. Blend the finished soup and season with a little salt. Serve the soup hot or cold. Add cinnamon to taste.
