200 g semi-coarse flour 200 g plain flour special 200 g carrots finely grated 1/2 pk Coarse baking powder Dr.Oetker 150 g Hera butter 1 pk egg 100 g powdered sugar pk powdered sugar for sprinkling pk filling 5 tbsp jam 3 tbsp ground nuts

In a bowl, process the ingredients,turn out onto a floured board and knead well.

Mix the liquor with the ground nuts.

Roll out the dough to 3 mm , cut out rounds and put a piece of filling on each round.Fold the rounds into poly and press the edges with a fork to make a nice decoration.Place on a greased baking sheet and bake until golden.

After baking, sugar them.
