Spicy tofu with lentils

140 g white tofu 100 g brown lentils 3 tbsp red lentils 1 pk carrots 2 tsp Provençal pepper 2 tsp light soy sauce 2 tsp sweet paprika paste 1 tsp red curry paste or chili pepper 2 cloves garlic pk salt pk ground black pepper pk olive oil pk garlic oil pk cooked rice as a side dish pk vegetable broth or a piece of vegetable cube

Excellent healthy dinner.
1. Tofu cut into noodles and marinate. Garlic oil, Provençal pepper, ml. cumin, ml. ch. pepper and light soy sauce, red curry paste. Coat the tofu in the mixture and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. 2. Cook lentils with vegetable broth, garlic, sliced carrots until tender. 3. Towards the end of cooking, add the red lentils, simmer briefly. 4. Drain the lentils. 5. Fry tofu in garlic oil. 6. Add lentils, drizzle with olive oil, sauté a little. Season with salt and pepper. 7. Serve with rice.
