Simple, tasty dinner, youngest only had pasta with pumpkin (11m), adults also had cheese sauce. We had pumpkin season 🙂 We had soup, pie and pasta from one large pumpkin.

Clean the pumpkin, cut it up and put it in the oven to bake for about 40 min at 200 degrees.

Fry the onion, add the grated cheese. Finish with a little milk. Add the crumbled gorgonzola, let it melt.
