1/2 bunch white asparagus 3 pcs elderly pastry 3 tbsp butter 150 g cheese 1/2 bunch parsley 4 pcs egg 300 ml milk 1 KL nutmeg ground to taste salt
procedure

Cut off the hard ends from the asparagus. Tie the stems and place in salted water to cook for 5-8 minutes. When drained, rinse them with cold water.

Fry the older sliced pastry in butter. Chop the parsley and grate the cheese. Beat the egg with the milk, add to it the fried pastry, grated cheese and parsley.

Brush the baking tin with butter, put the mixture in it. Place the asparagus on top. Cover with baking paper and place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes. Remove the paper and bake for another 10 minutes.
