Filling:
150 g Feta cheese 2 tbsp sour cream 200 g smoked salmon
Pancakes:
1 pk egg yolk 2 pk egg 1 pinch salt 140 g plain flour 1 pinch ground black pepper a little butter a little mineral water 1 pk baking powder

Mix the beaten eggs with the egg yolk, season with salt and pepper, add the butter, baking powder, baking powder, mineral water and flour. Knead into a smooth dough.
