150 g white beans 1.5 litres water 1 tbsp oil 1 pk onion 1 tbsp plain flour 2 KL ground sweet paprika 1 pinch ground hot red pepper 4 pk tomato 1 pinch ground black pepper 2 cloves garlic to taste chopped parsley

1.
Cover the pre-soaked beans with water, boil until tender and drain. Set the broth aside.

Fry the finely chopped onion in oil, sprinkle with flour, ground pepper, pour in the bean broth and stir. Add chopped tomatoes, ground black pepper, salt and cook until tender.

Add the cooked beans and the crushed garlic to the soup, reheat and add the finely chopped parsley.
