2 pk egg 1 tbsp butter 1 pinch salt 1 pinch mace 100 g coarse flour

Mix the egg yolks with the butter and salt, add the mace, flour and mix again. Beat the egg whites into stiff peaks and fold them lightly into the batter.

Use a spoon to cut off the gnocchi, place in the boiling soup and cook for about 5 min.
