350 ml milk 1 packet coconut pudding 2 tbsp granulated sugar 125 g butter 5 tbsp powdered sugar 7 tbsp ground coconut

I got the recipe from my close family, I bake the roulade quite often because it is very tasty…my daughter absolutely adores it the most it is quickly baked and the difficulty is very low

Whisk egg whites with sugar,add egg yolks and flour with baking powder. Put on a baking tray lined with baking paper, in a preheated oven and bake at 200 degrees for about 10-15 minutes, watch that the colour is a beautiful golden brown …roll up immediately after baking.

Cook pudding powder in milk with sugar and let it cool. Beat butter and sugar until foamy and add cooled pudding and ground coconut about 7 tbsp (add coconut as needed to make the cream thick).

Unwrap the cooled roll …remove the baking paper, spread with jam and cream. Leave a little of the cream for spreading. Roll up the roll, brush with cream and sprinkle with grated coconut. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
