Sour snails with bear garlic and smoked cheese

ingredients
1/2 cube fresh yeast 300 ml milk 500 g plain flour 1 pinch sugar 100 ml vegetable oil 1 pk whole egg 2.5 KL salt
Filling
250 g butter 1 bunch bear garlic finely chopped 70 g smoked cheese (finely grated)
More needed
Whisked egg (for rubbing) sesame seeds, cumin , whatever you like (for sprinkling)

From milk and yeast make a sourdough starter. Knead together the flour salt, oil, egg and sourdough starter and leave to rise for 45 minutes

After rising roll out as thin as possible,spread butter mixed with bear garlic,you can also add smoked cheese finely grated if you have. Spread and roll up. Slice alternately into triangles.

Place on a baking sheet, brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds, cumin seeds whatever you like. Bake until golden.
