Caramelised nuts and salted caramel sauce

Nuts
2 tbsp granulated sugar 70 ml water pinch of salt 30 g walnuts (halves)
Caramel sauce:
3 tbsp granulated sugar 40 ml water salt 100 ml soy milk (or other)

If you love salted caramel, then you definitely have to try these recipes and make the perfect salted caramel sauce in minutes or delicious caramelised walnuts that you will love.
1.
Make the caramelised walnuts by putting 2 tablespoons of sugar, 40 ml of water and a pinch of salt in a saucepan. Bring to the boil and stir until caramel forms. Add the walnuts and cover with 30 ml of water. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the water evaporates (the caramel will remain on the nuts).

Transfer the nuts to a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in the oven at 60 °C for 80 minutes.

To make the salted caramel sauce, put 3 tablespoons of sugar, 40 ml of water and a pinch of salt in a saucepan. Bring to the boil and stir until caramel starts to form. Pour in 100 ml of milk and reduce by boiling to a sauce similar in consistency to syrup.
