300 g semi-coarse flour 200 g plain flour 100 g coarse flour 15 g yeast 30 g sugar 20 g oil 2 pcs egg yolk 1/2 liter milk 60 g fat for toasting 1/2 liter blueberries 20 g powdered sugar 1/8 liter whipped cream to taste salt, lemon juice
procedure
Mix the flours, add the yeast, sugar, egg yolk, heated milk and mix. Season with lemon juice. Let the dough proof. Then fry the pancakes on both sides in hot oil. Dust with sugar, sprinkle with blueberries and decorate with whipped cream.
