1 litre milk 1 pinch salt 70 g rice 2 tbsp caster sugar to taste mixed fruit

Salt the milk, bring it to the boil, pour in the rinsed rice and boil it until tender, stirring constantly

Sweeten it with sugar and let it cool down.

Place any fruit cut into pieces on plates and pour the soup over it.
