600 g beef 3 tbsp oil 2 pcs onion 2 tsp ground sweet paprika 150 ml red wine 2 tbsp tomato puree to taste salt to taste ground black pepper 1 tbsp starch meal 125 ml cream

Fry the cubed meat in the heated oil, add the quartered onion and continue to fry.

Add the ground paprika, stir and immediately pour a little red wine. Season with tomato puree, salt and pepper and simmer until tender. During stewing, occasionally pour the rest of the wine.

Thicken the juice with starch flour dissolved in a little water. Stir in the cream, reheat but do not boil. Serve with bread dumplings or gnocchi.
