300 g semi-coarse flour 20 g yeast 1 pk egg 1 tsp sugar 150 ml milk

250 g bryndza 250 ml sour cream 200 g Orava bacon 2 pcs onion pcs dill

The irresistible taste of bryndza, bacon and dill. For the New Year’s Eve party, and not only for it.
1.
In a little milk with 1 teaspoon of sugar, grind the yeast and let it rise.

Fry the chopped onion in oil and fry the bacon in another pan.

Work out the dough, add salt and a little ground cumin. Use the rendered lard and oil from the onions as fat. Add a few cracklings and leave covered to rise.

Using your hands, spread the risen dough on a greased baking sheet, spread the bryndza mixed with cream, sprinkle with onions and cracklings and finally with chopped dill.
5.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
