progress
A light no-bake dessert that the whole family will love and eats up in a flash.
1.
Prepare a larger container in which to prepare the dessert.
2.
In a little milk, mix the vanilla pudding with the sugar and bring the remaining milk to the boil. Stir the mixture into the hot mixture and cook to a thick custard. Set aside and let cool, stirring occasionally.
3.
Melt the white chocolate in a water bath. Allow to cool gently, stirring occasionally, but so that it doesn’t start to thicken again.
4.
Place the mascarpone in a large bowl and whisk. Progressively add all the whipped cream and mix until smooth. Next, stir in the white chocolate by hand and finally the cooled custard. If the cream is too stiff, add more whipping cream.
Place the sponge cake all over the bottom of the prepared bowl. Spread some of the cream over the biscuits and sprinkle with the crushed chocolate. Continue this for another layer and top the dessert with chocolate or other confectionery decorations.
6.
Let the dessert set properly in the refrigerator.
7.
Good taste!
