350 g blackberries 1 tbsp semi-coarse flour 1/4 litre sweet cream 1 tbsp sugar to taste salt, cinnamon

Wash the blackberries, clean and cook until soft. Pour in the cream mixed with the flour and bring to the boil. Add salt, cinnamon and sugar. Blend the finished soup. Serve hot or cold.
