Carrot-apple spicy soup

1 kg carrots 500 g apple 1 KL chili 50 g butter 2 liters vegetable broth 1/2 pk lemon 1 handful parsley salt ground black pepper

1. 2. Then add the cleaned and chopped carrots and apples. 3. Sauté and stir regularly for about 5-8 minutes until they are properly coated with butter. 4. Pour the broth over everything and cook until the Vegetable Recipes and fruit are soft (this will take about 15-20 minutes). Then blend everything with a stick blender. 5. Add 1 KL of chilli, juice of half a lemon, salt and pepper to taste if necessary. 6. Finally, sprinkle the soup with chopped parsley. Enjoy!
