Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until frothy. Then add mascarpone to the mixture and whisk together.

Beat the egg whites separately until stiff and lightly fold in to the egg yolk mixture. Cut the strawberries into smaller pieces.
3.
Fill the cups by placing the biscuits dipped in coffee on the bottom, the cream on top and the fruit on top of the cream and repeat. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
