3 cups acidko ( sour cream) 3 cups semi-coarse flour 1 cup powdered sugar 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1 pk baking powder 2 cups fruit ( blueberries, blackberries, raspberries) 1 tbsp cocoa powder powder powdered sugar to sprinkle on the cake

I was inspired by the net. Mug = 250ml

Mix all ingredients (except fruit)in a bowl. Make a dough. Add the cocoa halfway through.

Pour the batter thinly onto a baking sheet,which has been lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with fruit, it can be frozen.

Bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. Sprinkle the baked cake with icing sugar after it has cooled down. The cake is delicious, juicy.
