800 g beef goulash 100 g red onion 100 g leek 100 g carrot 10 cloves garlic 5 pcs potato 5 pcs bay leaf 5 pcs whole black and whole allspice 100 g tomato puree 30 g dried mushrooms 1.5 litres beef stock 1/2 litre red wine 100 ml oil to taste salt

1. Soak the dried mushrooms in cold water in advance. Wash the meat, pat dry and cut into cubes. In a saucepan, fry the meat in hot oil, season with salt and pepper. 2. In a frying pan, fry the finely chopped Vegetable Recipes, add the spices and fry again. Stir in the puree, mushrooms and sauté again. 3. Add the Vegetable Recipes to the meat, pour in the stock and wine and simmer the stew. Finally, add the diced potatoes and simmer the stew until tender.
