1 kg hokkaido pumpkin 3 pcs potato 1,5 liters water 1 cube vegetable broth to taste salt, ground black pepper 1 tbsp oil 1 pcs onion
procedure
1. In a saucepan in hot oil fry finely chopped onion. Add the diced pumpkin flesh and peeled potatoes. Pour water over everything, add a bouillon cube and let the soup boil. 2. Then cook it on low heat for about 30 minutes. Blend it with a stick blender, season with salt and pepper and serve.
