200 g soy meat 400 ml vegetable broth 4 pcs shallots 4 cloves garlic 3 pcs coloured peppers a little olive oil 150 ml tomato puree 1 tbsp ground sweet paprika to taste salt, ground black pepper
procedure
1. Soak the soy meat in the hot vegetable stock for a few minutes. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, fry the finely chopped shallots, pressed garlic, meat and diced peppers in olive oil. 2. Dust the mixture with ground paprika, season with salt and pepper and fry vigorously. Pour in the puree and stock and cook the goulash over a low heat until tender.
