Baked potatoes with cheese and corn

3 pcs potatoes 5 tbsp olive oil pcs salt pcs ground black pepper 1/2 can corn 1 pcs hermelin

1 crucible sour cream 2 cloves garlic 300 g grated cheese (also more types)

We came across this goodness during our travels in the USA. Try it as a side dish or as an evening snack with TV.
1.
Wash, dry (do not peel) and slice the peanuts.

In a bowl, toss the peanuts with olive oil, salt and black pepper.

Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place the potato slices on it.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the potatoes in it for about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the cheese filling – mix the sour cream together with the squeezed garlic and grated cheese.
6.
Remove the potatoes from the oven and spread the cheese filling, then sprinkle with corn and top with slices of ermine.
7.
Place back in the oven and bake for another 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the potatoes are golden.
