120 g fish fillets 20 g bread rolls 1/2 pcs egg 5 g breadcrumbs 5 g butter 1 dl milk to taste salt
procedure
Grind the fillets with the bread rolls moistened in milk. Add the egg, salt and mix well. Make meatballs from the mixture, coat them in breadcrumbs, put them in a dish, cover with a little water and bake.
