1 pk hokkaido pumpkin 1 pk onion 1 pk carrot 1/2 pk kohlrabi to taste vegetable stock 1 clove garlic 30 g butter to taste salt, ground black pepper to taste hard grated cheese and pumpkin seeds

1. Peel the onion, chop finely. Also peel the pumpkin, along with the carrots and kohlrabi, and cut everything into equal cubes. 2. Melt the butter in a saucepan, fry the onions and then the Vegetable Recipes. Pour in the broth and cook until tender. 3. Blend the cooked soup, season it with pressed garlic, salt and pepper and simmer for a few more minutes. Serve with grated hard cheese and pumpkin seeds.
