Baked chicken breast in yoghurt marinade

3 pcs chicken breasts 1 cup white yoghurt 1/2 tsp turmeric 1 pk egg 1 tbsp mustard 1 tsp red ground paprika black pepper, oregano, thyme,or rosemary, arugula leaf

Cut the washed and dried breasts in half, which we salt and drizzle with oil.

From the yoghurt and other ingredients prepare the marinade. Dip the salted chicken breast into the brine so that it is submerged. Set aside in a cool place to rest for about 1 hour

Place the rested chicken breasts in a greased baking dish, sprinkle with pieces of rimarin or pepper to taste and bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes.

Serve with cooked rice, seasoned to taste, and arugula leaves.
